Dear Readers, Asthma is a infection or allergic
condition resulting from the reaction of the system to the weather, drugs,
food, perfumes and other irritants which is vary from person to person. The
patient have trouble in exhaling than inhaling. The small bronchitis become
clogged which constricted with mucus, leads to breathing out difficulty.
Asthma attacks mostly during night, especially during sleep.
When the
bronchial tubes becomes constricted, asthma attack begins. The tube becomes
narrow, and the patient face difficulty in releasing breath. Wheezing sound
with asthma due to air pushed through the narrowed bronchi.
When asthma
attack is severe don’t force patient to eat. Need to take hot water half cup every
after 1 hour.
Asthma Causes
1. For some
persons Asthma attacks due to Allergies or various forms of just like, paper
dust, cotton dust, wheat dust, pollen and animal hair, insects like cockroaches.
Foods which cause allergic reactions are egg, milk, chocolates, eggs, beans,
potato, wheat, beef and pork.
2. For some
people asthma result involving the defect in muscular action within the lungs.
Asthma is a combination of allergic and non-allergic factors including air
pollution, emotional tension, infections and hereditary factors.
Care for Asthma
Need to take
more antioxidants, vitamin C and E, fresh fruits and vegetables to reduce
asthma attack.
Intake of
pepper, citrus fruit, berries, apples, tomatoes, carrots and fish.
Turmeric, ginger,
garlic and pepper marvelous to turn off inflammation.
Omega-3
useful to turn off inflammation.
Diet should
be low in meat and dairy and high in fish.
Follow breath
exercise as its very useful to get rid of asthma attack.

Home Remedies for Asthma
1. Figs are
useful for Asthma. It gives comfort by
draining of the phelgm.
2. For
respiratory disorders bitter gourd plant roots are useful. Take a teaspoon root
paste and mix equal quantity of tulsi leaf juice and honey in it. Need to use
before bed every night for 40 days. It is an excellent remedy for asthma,
bronchitis and cold.
3. Three
cloves of Garlic boil in milk for 10 minutes and take every day before going to
bed. It is an excellent remedy for asthma.
4. Drumstick
leaves juice is highly beneficial for asthma treatment, tuberculosis and
bronchitis.
5. Honey is
highly beneficial for the treatment of asthma. Take one spoon honey before bed.
