calcium in body which cause swelling and pain in joints. It is called

main divisions are immediate variety. It is temporary resemble the symptoms of
burning, cutting or breakage of some part of the body. Another type is long
time variety which can prolong for years. About more than 10 lakh people are
suffering from this disease in the world.
Osteoarthritis:
Usually occurs in the older age group due to structural
changes in the articular cartilage in the joints such as the spine and knees. Symptoms of Osteoarthritis
are pain and stiffness in the joints. Causes are Malnutrition, physical
stress, obesity, calcium deficiency, glandular insufficiency and shortage of
hydrochloric acid.
Rheumatoid
Arthritis: Effects joints of the fingers, hips, knees,
wrists, feet, muscles and other tissues of the body. Symptoms of Rheumatoid Arthritis are constipation,
colitis, anaemia, low blood pressure, gall-bladder disturbances, deformed hands
and feet. Causes are Hormonal imbalance, infection, physical and
emotional stress, severe fright, shock and injury.

body heat and lack of rest also main cause for arthritis.

joints, tissues, muscles gets effected
and pain starts.

manual jobs also main cause for gout.

taken.

more calcium and nutritional food.

Take fruits, vegetables and green leafy vegetables for protection and proteins and carbohydrates for energy.

*Bananas
are very useful for arthritis and gout.
